Who writes here (3)

Three people stand behind every page here, and all three are named on it: one writes, a second edits, a third checks each figure against the source it came from. The split is the point - the person who writes a broker page cannot change a number in it.

None of them sets a score. Scores are computed for all 55 brokers in the Kenya base at once, from the same six axes, and recalculated on a schedule. What an editor decides is what gets published and what is still too thin to publish.

Corrections go to the editor and are logged on the page itself with their date. If a figure here is wrong, the fastest way to have it changed is to say which page and which figure.

We name people because an unsigned page cannot be held to anything. The names come with what each person is responsible for and since when, and every page says which three of them stood behind it on the day it was last recalculated.

What the team does not do: set scores by hand, write about brokers that are not in the measured base, or publish a ranking that rests on fewer than eight brokers. For Kenya that leaves 55 broker pages and the rankings the data actually supports.
